Treadmill Programmes

Im not into boring cardio.  I find myself often lecturing my clients about if they are going to do something, do it properly.  That includes cardio. Putting 100% into almost every session ( I say almost cos you are not always going to have 100% in you) but hopefully that is not too often...

I like to challenge myself by beating my calories burnt, or the distance or time ran, or improvements in my fitness level or beating the person beside me without them knowing it...I normally try to beat the amount of calories I burn in a session compared to Bee but I never seem to be able to simply cos he is 20 kgs heavier than me but it does get close sometimes.

I have a treadmill programme which I do on odd occasions which improves my fitness and also my muscle tone, as it is using different technique on the treadmill for 1 min intervals.  Going through the circuit 2-3 times is a killer. Getting through the first time is not too bad, getting through a 2nd time is challenging but getting through the 3rd time is almost impossible.
