'Proper' training week 1 looked a little like this..

Mon - am cardio 45min walk, pm Shoulders/abs + Run club time trial (2.4km)
Tues - am cardio 30min Jog (treadmill), pm Pump(teach) + Rpm (teach)
Wed - am cardio 20min Run (treadmill) + Pump (teach), pm Chest/abs + Run Club...more...
