Camila De Oliveira
Introducing: Camila de Oliveira This is gorgeous Brazilian born Camila who is now living down in Queenstown. Camila has competed before but has firm goals this year to go out and do some damage on the stage so I am online training her. I began working with Camila back in November and she has made some solida gains since then. She is an easy client to work with. She texts regularly and never allows a problem to excellate if she has any but she is also not to over the top with her communication with me. She is timely with her nutriton charts and explains in full detail what she is up to with her training and eating and her weight and progress pictures. Not only is she down to earth and honest, she is really happy and funny. She is one of those pleasurable clients whose Im really looking forward to meeting one day soon. Everybody knows my strong relationship with BSc... BSc have been my sponsor for years now. Mike Debenham
My latest facebook friend is not only a facebook friend but a very close friend of mine for around 15 years.. I remember Mike being a young teen riding by me on a bike while I was out running... Then we ended up working together, training together and growing old together, as friends that is.. We have both supported each other in our sport and our lives and Im proud to say that Mike has been hugely sucessful in his sport and his career... His training technique is hard and proven, with every one of his competitors coming in hard and 100% prepared... Mike was probably one of chch's biggest losses during earthquake time.. He took off over to the Gold Coast with Julie to set up a personal training business and her Beauty business. He has the pleasure of working outdoors in the Gold Coast sun. Im so jealous.. So Mike has just started his business facebook page which will keep you focused and if your lucky you may get to be a friend on his personal page.. Your in for a few laughs with that one.. Teish Paton
My latest facebook friend is Teish Paton.. Teish works at "Pumping Iron Gym" and "Supplements Direct" in Whangarei as a personal trainer. Teish is married to Paul Paton who has 30 years of experience in powerlifting, bodybuilding and the art of selling supplements. However I was lucky enough to be the person they chose to help Teish through with her contest training for an event in May 2012. We met on Saturday afternoon and spent a good two hours chatting, training and doing a small amount of posing.. Lucky for me Teish is already fully into nutrition so I dont have to worry about what she is eating when she is behind closed doors.. So our goal is to add more muscle on her frame and develope her posing ability to first class. All simple really. Im looking forward to seeing how Teish developes over time and I welcome the inviteto help her with her goals. We worked well together the other day going through some of the "BubbleButt" programme and doing some chin and up dip tests. She worked hard for such a muggy day. Lesley Rothera

Karen Montague - alias Monty
This facebook friend, and long time personal friend of mine is Karen Montague, known to most of us as Monty. Monty has been a client of mine for many years, but after so many competitions and wins, she knows what to do with herself to get herself ready for events, Im on call for suggestions or criticism.. Both of which she takes very well. She flits from one federation to another selecting the events she wishes to participate and has even represented New Zealand in the Arnold Amateur where Monty placed very well. Monty first competed at the NZFBB auckland Champs in May 2005 and I remember her well from that event. Everyone was thinking where has this girl sprung from. To date Monty has 18 1st places, 5 x 2nd places, 1 x 3rd place, 1 x 4th, and 2 x 5th places - One of which was at the Arnold. Very impressive results Monty! Tall, lean and with excellent structure, Monty has one of my favourite physiques.
