So Sunday morning was lay in day, a few hours on the computer doing programmes then some lazying outside in the sun with Ash. I went for a run through thru the parks and woods again and that was an amazing run until I rolled on my ankle and pulled my calf muscle once again ( downside of having such big ones). It was tender yesterday but back to normal today - however I'm not risking a run today.
Jordie had been staying at Brad and Toms for the night - a big treat for him which he loved and I kinda loved the solitude as well but we all met up at bootcamp which Brad, Tom Jordie and Toms brother all participated in. There was lots of huffing and puffing, extremely red faces and a couple of extremely pale faces too... But it was a hard out session today for the team. A full 400metre lunge for the girls, and about 150metres for the guys, although my client Tony did the full 400. He is going to hate me tomorrow as he will be wickedly sore. The team did so well today. I had them doing 200metre relays and instead of batons, they were running around with Wrestling figures which was all I could find in the house which would sit well in their hands.. Of course the girls were fighting over the nicest looking characters..... Gosh Julia and Lavinina's eye candy strikes again, but of the plastic kind.
After the bootcamp we went back to Tom's place where he cooked the famous Morrocan Chicken with lentils on zucchini pikelets.... it was so gorgeous. Im not a lover of spicy foods and this was only slightly spicey (thanks Tom, I'm sure you would of loved to turn up the heat a little more) but we all had our plates clean so quick. A nice glass or two of wine and we were all very relaxed and happy. Thanks guys, it was so nice to eat out..
Talking about Julia and Lavinia. They are going so well with their contest diets.. Both looking very much smaller and with good results in the body composition so thats all good. Looking forward to seeing them in 2 weeks times - 1 month out.. They will be working damn hard then.
I put together a new programme today. A hardcore bootcamp type programme so I just have to do the filming for that now, so that when the girls order it they can have access to the dvd version on fb... Makes learning the exercises quick and fun too.
Well I'm almost off to the gym again, for a client and another workout. Have a good week chickees. Check in later on as I am doing some investigating of some products to help you girls with your diets. Be good. xx
