Training Shoulders

I had an awesome day today.... I worked for the morning, then came home and put a few hours in on the computer cleaning out old files etc.. My computer was running a little slow last week, which was caused by the virus I think but I decided to start sorting out my client folders and getting rid of any which have been longer than two years old. Just keeping all the up to date ones. Wow did I have a lot of pics. As you girls know, when you come see me I take heaps.

Well since I have my new camera I have been taking videos then taking the pics from the video.. so I end up using so much space per client. Most of the time I send the best ones through but keep them in the clients folders for some time.. so it was amazing what I dug out today. Some of it was hard to turf out but they had to go. I can't keep them forever and they are no good to anybody else other than the client so they are gone..

I went for a gorgeous run this arvo too. I know you're wondering how I can call a run gorgeous. Well it was warm, a slight breeze and running through the woods was wonderful and refreshing.. Cept I was buggered for training.lol. Dylan and and I trained shoulders tonight.
We started with DB presses, then onto smith machine front presses, then cable front raises, then barbell shrugs supersetted with bentover laterals. It was a good workout.. i was feeling strong but Dylan is definitely getting stronger each week..

I have attached pics of my "Ash". She is a big chubby thing.. I wanted to get a pic of her lying flat on her back with her arms and legs spread-eagled like she does but she wouldn't sleep like that tonight..

Well I'm off to bed... ready for a full day tomorrow.. hope you're all training and eating well.
