My Workout Programmes
Here you can find out a little about the programmes
I develope personally for my clients. For
most of my regular clients I can work on the workout programme
before or after their appointment with me.
If I know my client well, then I will have it all prepared before
our appointment
with pictures of any exercise I feel they may not be familar with.
For
my new clients, I will discuss with them their needs and goals
and devise a programme perfectly for them after our
appointment which will then be sent through to them within 24-36
hours - normally on the same day
. There will be pictures of every exercise if they
are new to gym work, or if they are familar with most machines
and exericises then I will only add pictures to those I think
they
may
be unsure of.
They will also be directed to video footage of exercises so the
correct form is shown to learn from .
If they are still unsure of anything I will do my best to guide
you in every way possible.

All
my programmes are totally original, varied and very challenging.
I dont give out anything which I do not or could not
do myself and you can be confident knowing that every muscle group
will be worked from every angle which will develope the
physique to the best it can possibly be.
My
programmes can be based on any of the following:

Holiday programmes
Cardio programmes
Fitness programmes

My
Nutrition Plans
The
same applies to the Nutrition Plans although they are never done
in advance. Your nutrition plan depends on how much you have to
lose, how many
grams of protein and grams of carb we are requiring for you, and
of course your likes and dislikes.
Although
most plans are basically worked around, chicken, tuna, eggs and
protein powder, items are added into it to make it your
nutrition plan, not everybodies.
I will try to keep in the items which you love in moderation,
and if they are not given for a few weeks, then they will certainly
be added in over time..
The re-vamped nutrition plans are worked out depending on how
much weight has been lost, how much muscle has been increased
and your energy levels. Sometimes your nutrition plan may never
need changing if you are happy with your progress and you are
happy with the plan. I try to encourage you to educate yourself
in the whole nutrition subject so you can eventually handle your
day to day nutrition by yourself rather than requiring me for
the rest of your life.. That way you can tweak your diet when
you need be...

My
Body Composition Monitoring
As
with the training programmes and nutrition plans.. there must
be an equally great system of
keeping track of your fat mass and lean muscle mass.
This is done by body fat testing on regular intervals, fortnightly
if you are a weight loss client,or 6 weekly if we are focusing
on a competiton and we are changing your programmes at the same
time.
The tests consist of a 5 site caliper test which most definately
uses your thigh in the sum of sites, since most
of the females hold the fat in their lower bodies..
This is recorded on a chart of which I hold one copy and you the
other.
